Trading terms and legal detail

All work will need to be quoted for on an individual basis.

I charge an hourly rate for short term projects, which includes holiday pay as per BECTU pay scale guidance.

I work on a 10 hour day between 7am to 5pm on a normal hourly rate.

Any work that is undertaken before 7am and after 5pm is classed as unsociable hours and will be charged at time and a half.

Work undertaken on Saturdays is charged at time and a half and Sundays is double time, with additional charges for unsociable hours..

Mileage is charged at 45p per mile on all return journeys.

Any hotel accommodation and air or train travel costs incurred by me, where required, will be chargeable.

Payment terms for all work completed is strictly 30 days.
